Reservations made through our web site are completed as you enter your credit card as guarantee for your reservation.

The reservation is considered "AS ACCEPTED" even if you don't receive an email as confirmation from our Reception Desk.

Cancellation Policy
Rome Hotel Pinewood requires 24 hours notice of any cancellation (full or in part) prior to the date of arrival.
Failure to do so will result in a charge of 1 night's stay or in some instances the full stay will be charged. Your credit card will not be used until that date.
